Full ownership of the Clarins Store in Bicester village, managed all Cash, HR, H&S and security protocols.


Sales.

Communicated and drove sales targets clearly and worked with the team to ensure sales target were hit

  • 2022 Achieved 2.8Million in Gross sales +65% on LY, +11% on Tgt
  • 2023 Achieved 3.2Million in Gross sales +14% on LY, +4% on Tgt (huge success as Clarins opened 4 additional outlets in this time)
  • Record breaking Black friday sales year on year for 2022 and 2023
  • Record breaking sales for Christmas for 2022 and 2023


Stock.

Liaised with national team to ensure we were given the best product, worked with sales manager to devise a stock promotional calendar to suit guests shopping trends, implemented and managed weekly stock orders and bi annual stock takes.

  • Best performing store for launch of Double serum eye August 2022
  • Best performing outlet for Full price business in 2023
  • Highest ATV for outlets in 2023


Team.

Fully lead the team from the front, undertook daily briefs , 1-2-1s, and coaching sessions to equip team with the skillset and know how on how to achieve in their role.

This resulted in a more positive guest experience, successful achievements in all KPIs as well as monetary targets, and enabled the store grow it loyal customer database.

  • Event Manager for our London Christmas POP UP store, a first for Clarins UK and an opportunity that was only given to 10 people in the business.
  • Clarins Ambassador and trainer whilst on board TUI Marella explorer a key role in securing clarins within a new arena.
  • Clarins beauty coach Social team; was cherry picked to join a new venture with Clarins to be apart of their social media team to promote Clarins on Instagram organically that enabled me to become one of the highest members for followers and engagement.
  • Supported the first team lead event in NI, educating, inspiring and training teams to ensure that service remained high in all locations.
  • Supported many PR events, such as this morning live, Stylist live and National mall experiential events.
