2- Condition Monitoring Administration (CMA)
Analyzed condition monitoring data (inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history)
Provided information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution
Manage the fleet of customers machines
-Created for each customer's machine UCID and DCN on DMT
-Activation of serial numbers and change of machine ownership if necessary on Equipment Data(ED)
-Make machine's subscriptions on the Dealer Service Portal (DSP)
Preventive Maintenance
-Create quotes for maintenance of customer's machine after each Interval ranging from 250 to 12 000 hours and more... depending on the machine.
